Step 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the piercing area.
Step 2. Hold the bottle approximately **5–10 cm (2–4 inches)** from the piercing and spray directly onto the front and back of the area.
Step 3. Allow the solution to sit for 1–2 minutes to help soften and loosen any buildup.
Step 4. Gently remove softened residue with a clean cotton pad or sterile gauze if needed.
Step 5. Let the area air dry or gently pat dry with a clean tissue.
